3 NEW MEMBERS APPLY AT JUNE MEETING

PAST MEMBER STEVE SAMPLE HAS RETURNED TO THE FIRE COMPANY AFTER A 12 YEAR BREAK DURING WHICH TIME HE WAS WORKING OUT OF TOWN FOR A RAILROAD COMPANY. HIS WORK HAD HIM OUT OF TOWN MOST OF THE WEEK SO HE HEAD NO TIME TO VOLUNTEER.  CHANGES IN HIS WORK HAS MADE HIM AVAILABLE TO BE AN ACTIVE MEMBER AGAIN. HE WILL BE ANSWERING OUT OF STATION 43. STEVE WILL BE GETTING SOME REFRESHER CLASSES AND LEARN THE NEW TRUCKS TO GET READY TO RESPOND ON EMERGENCY CALLS.

NEW MEMBER RYAN DIDOMENICO  HAS ALSO MADE APPLICATION TO THE DEPARTMENT. RYAN COMES FROM NEW YORK STATE WHERE HE WAS A VOLUNTEER. HE HAS MOVED INTO THE AREA FOR WORK AND WILL BE A NEW MEMBER FOR STATION 42.  RYAN IS ALSO LEARNING OUR TRUCKS AND GETTING SOME REFRESHER CLASSES COMPLETED TO BE READY TO RESPOND ON EMERGENCY ALARMS.

OUR THIRD NEW MEMBER IS MADISON ERBIN WHO WILL BE JOINING AS A JUNIOR FIREFIGHTER.  MADISON IS THE DAUGHTER OF GEORGE AND GINA ERBIN WHO ARE ALSO ACTIVE IN THE DEPARTMENT. SHE WILL BEGIN HER TRAINING AND ATTEND DRILLS ON HER START TO BECOMING A FULL SENIOR FIRE FIGHTER IN 2 YEARS. SHE HAS ALREADY SPEN LOTS OF TIME AT THE STATION HELPING MOM AND DAD WITH FIRE DEPARTMENT TASKS. MADISON WILL BE A 4TH GENERATION FIREFIGHTER WITH GRANDPARENTS AND GREAT GRANDPARENTS BELONGING TO KHUL HOSE COMPANY IN YEARS PAST.
