THE NEW WILDFIRE GEAR ORDERED HAS ARRIVED. THE QUARTER MASTER HAS BEEN GETTING THE NEW GREEN NOMEX PANTS AND YELLOW NOMEX OVERCOATS LOGGED IN AND THEN ISSUED TO THE MEMBERS. THE MOST ACTIVE MEMBERS WILL BE ISSUED FIRST WITH LESSER ACTIVE MEMBERS TO BE ISSUED LATER IN THE WEEK.

MEMBERS ATTENDED THE ANNUAL CRAWFORD - VENANGO COUNTY FIRE SCHOOL. 2 MEMBERS WENT TO THE BASEMENT FIRE CLASS, 2 WENT TO THE TRENCH RESCUE CLASS AND 1 TOOK THE FIREFIGHTER REHAB CLASS.
FIREFIGHTER 1 TESTING WAS CONDUCTED AT THE STATION 42 TRAINING GROUNDS TODAY AS THE FINAL DAY IN THE BUCKS FIRE 1 PROGRAM. 15 CANDIDATES WERE PRESENT TO FINISH THE BUCKS PROGRAM WITH THE CERTIFICATION TESTING.
