CREWS WERE CALLED OUT JUST BEFORE 0730HRS TODAY FOR A MVA ON I-90 AT THE 24 MILE MARK FOR A MVA WITH REPORTED ENTRAPMENT. FURTHER INFO REPORTED A SIZABEL LEAK OF FLUIDS AT THE SCENE.  S-427 AND S-437 RESPONDED FROM STATION 42 WITH 4 PAID STAFF WHILE R-428 RESPONDED WITH 2 VOLUNTEERS. FIRST ARRIVING UNIT REPORTED 1 VEHICLE HAD HIT THE GUARD RAIL WITH HEAVY FRONT END DAMAGE AND THE DRIVER WAS SELF EXTRICATED.  THERE WAS ALSO A SIZEABLE SPILL OF FLUIDS ON THE GROUND.  S-427 HANDLED THE PATIENT AND TRANSPORTED TO LOCAL ER FOR EVALUATION WHILE S-437 AND R-428 HANDLED DEBRIS CLEAN UP, CONTAINED FLUID SPILL AND PICKED UP WITH 6 BAGS OF OIL DRY(240 LBS) AS WELL AS DISCONNECT THE BATTERY AND PROVIDE TRAFFIC CONTROL. PSP WAS ON SCENE TO INVESTIGATE. PRELIMINARY CAUSE OF THE CRAHS WAS THE DRIVER FALLING ASLEEP.

WITH THE REPORTS OF ENTRAPMENT RECIEVED BY THE 911 CENTER A RESCUE FROM MCKEAN HOSE CONPANY STATION 40 WAS CALLED TO RESPOND WITH R-408 AS WELL BUT PLACED IN SERVICE AFTER FINDING NO ENTRAPMENT.
